Марина Бахенская
Марина родилась в Санкт-Петербурге. В 2008 году окончила Санкт-Петербургский Государственный Университет, факультет Социологии, Экономика труда, и продолжила обучение в аспирантуре в области социального управления и планирования. Во время своей учебы она получила международный опыт, обучаясь по программам обмена в Университете Дрездена, а затем 1 год стажировки в немецкой правительственной организации.
В 2003 году Марина открыла свое первое дело в сфере консультационных услуги для открытия компании и связанных с ней документацией. Это было началом истории центра «Успех».
В настоящее время Марина владеет и управляет Образовательным и Консультационным центром «Успех». Кроме того, она активно способствует развитию новых бизнес-проектов. Вместе со своим коллегой из JCI -Бернхардом Вайдингером - она основала «Петербургский Языковой центр», где проводят подготовку к экзамену IELTS.
Марина имеет большой опыт в области обучения взрослых. Она владеет на немецким, английским и итальянским языками, обладает сертификатом переводчка на немецкий язык в области деловой переписки и коммуникаций в деловых переговоров.

ALEXANDER KONSTANTINOV. VP External Relations 2008
Александр является одним из основателей JCI в Санкт-Петербурге и был членом и активным участником развития JCI SPB с момента ее появления. Александр получил высшее образование в области электросвязи и окончил школу Investment Management, все в Санкт-Петербурге, Россия. На данный момент Александр имеет более 4 лет опыта работы в ведущих мировых компаний – Google, Дженерал ДейтаКомм. Александр так же имеет опыт в сфере русско-европейских отношений. Александр имеет обширный международный опыт будучи экспатриантов в Бельгии и Индии. В данный момент Александр живет во Франции, работая в области ЧГП в Alcatel-Lucent.
Александр был одним из активных членов AIESEC (крупнейшие мировые организации студентов) и AEGEE (крупнейшая Европейская ассоциация студентов).
В прошлом он был капитаном Баскетбольной команды в Санкт-Петербургском Университете Телекоммуникацийна протяжении нескольких лет.
Александр говорит на русском, английском, французском языке и понимает немецкий.

Bernhard WEIDINGER
Австриец по происхождению, Бернхард переехал в Санкт-Петербург в 2007 году. Он имеет двойную степень магистра в области банковского дела и финансов и предпринимательства и инноваций. Бернхард получал образование в Германии, Австралии, России, Украине и Австрии.
В последнее время с Мариной Bahenskaya, его коллега из JCI Spb он создал Saint-Petersburg Language Center «the Right Place». Кроме того, он является совладельцем петербургского молодежного хостела REDMEDVED. Его последним проектом является консалтинг для австрийских предпринимателей.
За свою карьеру Бернхрад работал с такими компаниями как Philips, UniCredit, Erste в области корпоративных финансов, бизнес-тренера. Бернхард владеет немецким, английским, русским, испанским и французским языками.

Elena YARYGINA. VP Training Institute 2008
Елена – выпускница Санкт-Петербургского Государственного Университета, факультета Социологии по специализации «Экономика Труда». В настоящее время Елена является аспиранткой факультета менеджмента Государственного Университета – Высшей Школы Экономики.
Профессиональные и академические интересы Елены находятся в области управления персоналом. Помимо опыта в управлении персоналом, организации мероприятий, Елена обладает знаниями в области КСО и НКО.
Елена имеет международный опыт работы с такими компаниями как Standard Chartered Bank, NODWIN Group в Индии. В настоящий момент Елена работает в ГК «Институт Тренинга – АРБ Про» в команде HR-консалтинга.

Alina KHUSNUTDINOVA, VP HR 2008
Алина училась в Санкт-Петербургский Университете Культуры и Искусств (степень в области менеджмента). Она свободно говорит на русском и английском языках и располагает обширными знаниями в области итальянской, французской и испанской культуры.
Алина получила большой опыт в PR и event-менеджменте (содействие и участие в организации комитетов конференций, конгрессов и выставок).
Алина приобрела межкультурный 0пыт работы и стремится расширять свои профессиональные знания и использовать их наиболее эффективным образом. Алина является выпускником AIESEC с 2009 года.

Nina GLOUKHOVA, VP Training Institute 2009
Nina graduated from St-Petersburg State University, faculty of sociology with excellence. Currently she is working towards her PhD on Economic Sociology and Demography as she believes education is one of her foremost assets. Nina was awarded a nominal scholarship by JSC “VTB” for success in scientific work for two times.
Concerning career, she takes up a post of HR-manager in the branch office of JSC “Binbank” in St. Petersburg. In her recent career she also worked in Ancor Recruitment Agency, Toyota company and was the head of several projects, devoted to the development of tourist infrastructure of Black Sea’s district.
Gary Ryan Blair, motivational business speaker and author, once said: «What is the distance between someone who achieves their goals consistently and those who spend their lives and careers merely following? The extra mile.» This is a philosophy Nina has followed throughout her six years of studying and more than four years of working. Based on her strong commitment to do more than is required, she can deliver excellent results for any company she works in.

Alexandra SURJANSKAYA
Александра является студенткой 4ого курса Санкт-Петербургского университета экономики и финансов. В то же время, она – совладелица хостела и языковой школы «Right Place», что внесло очень большой вклад в ее персональное и профессиональное развитие. Более того, Саша является активным участником организации AIESEC. Она всегда была заинтересована в развитии людей, поэтому HR карьера в JCI является для нее одним из первых приоритетов.
Саша бегло говорит на английском и совершенствует свой уровень испанского. Следуя девизу «Всегда будь на яркой стороне жизни», Саша всегда готова к переменам и новым интересным и сложным задачам.

Dmitry KRASOV
Dmitry holds a Masters degree in Management from St.-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. He has a variety of robust international experience including being a USA FLEX student exchange alumni. During his studies Dmitry has volunteered for AIESEC. He led AIESEC ENGEC-GUAP as Local Committee President in 2001/02 and served as Vice-President of AIESEC Russia in 2002/03.
Currently Dmitry leads the SME project for YOTA which is a technology company providing services for high-speed wireless internet (4G) on mobile WiMAX technology.
Dmitry has a strong profile in sales of B2B services and customer relations management. Throughout his career he gained experience in corporate management solutions, IT & infrastructure services, logistics services, real estate, etc.

Andrey KUZNETSOV
Andrey was born in Kazakhstan, Almaty. He came to Saint-Petersburg six years ago and has completed his Master degree at the Department of Mathematics and Mechanics and another bachelor degree the Department of Economics, both at the Saint Petersburg State University.
In school and university he won the Olympiads in Physics and Mathematics. Currently he is a CFA candidate and plans to continue education in the future. He is working for a leading Russian Corporate Finance company. In his recent career he gained practical experience in a Kazakhstan mining company and as a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Mechanics. Andrey speaks Russian, Kazakh and English.

Elena LEONTYEVA
Elena graduated from St-Petersburg State University with the specialization “Economy of Labour”. In 2006 finished courses of sale representatives at The Small Business Center at the Helsinki School of Economics (HSE) which specializes in developing entrepreneurship and business skills of high-potential people. Elena speaks Russian, English and Finish.
She is working for Ford Motor company as the property accountant.
As Henry Ford said «All cars of Ford are quite identical, but there are not two quite identical people.«
Convinced in it Elena want to develop business and personal skills of high-potential people, that is why she started trainer’s activity in JCI.
Light travels faster than sound. That’s why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
Elena is interested in personal development, time-management, debating skills, NLP techniques.
Considerable part of her life is occupied by martial arts and east philosophy and Elena is sure that sport is calm, balance and concentration that help not to forget about body which is closely related to the mind.

Anton MUSTEYKIS
Anton was born in Leningrad. He graduated with top marks from the Baltic State Technical University, receiving a master degree in Aircraft technology and Rocket Construction. Has work experience as an engineer and purchase manager. Since October 2008 he has worked as a technical analyst at ETS. The Company’s area of business is international logistics. His Career priority is to combine technical knowledge with managerial skills in the area of international management. His ambitions are to lead an active style of life and personal development. He speaks fluent English and also plans to learn German and Lithuanian. He is a certified JCI Trainer and has also published some scientific works on technical problems.
